Kicking off June with spanking new job which pays me more that what I earned in my previous lousy sucker employer plus more life. 10 minutes from home, 8.30 – 5.30, 5 days a week, medical card insurance and 1 job scope – Finance. There is nothing more I could have asked for.

It is my 2nd day, and for 2 days in a row I manage to make myself a home cooked dinner, enjoyed it in front of my TV and update my blog. hehe. The HR manager bought me a welcome lunch yesterday which leave me craving for more – Smoked Salmon ceasar salad!

So today I rushed to Tesco on my way home and grab a packet of romaine lettuce (I can eat romaine lettuce FOREVER!), wild rocket, salad cream, parmesan cheese and beef strips.
…and walla!!

and my 1st trial of making poached egg is a success! Since I couldn’t get a salmon slice for my salad, I opt for salmon sushi plus fish egg roe. By preparing this – I think I’m able to open my own cafe already lah!!!

Marry me. Cuz I can prepare a good ceasar salad and your lousy girlfriend don’t! Haha!

With a spare time like this, I able to bake some cute awesome cupcakes in the future.
